Mulberry's Westbourne Grove boutique is now closed.
Mulberry offers a bespoke bag service in the 3 main London Stores. Customers can choose from four classic Mulberry Styles: Roxanne, Bayswater, Picadilly and Ledbury. These Styles are available in a selection of exclusive stock leathers that also include Python and Ostrich in a wide variety of colours from Purple and Cyprus to Gold and Gunmetal.

As part of the Bespoke Service, customers can choose to have up to three initials engraved on either side of the Postman's Lock on the outside Flap or on a metal plate that is fixed to the back of the bag, depending on the style chosen. The service also includes the option to purchase up to three initials that hang from the handles of the bag and are made from matching leather for an additional charge.

Each bag is made individually in the Mulberry Factory in Somerset. The bags will be delivered within 6 to 8 weeks after the order has been taken if the materials are in stock, and within 14 weeks if the leather has to be ordered specifically. The service is available from the Bond Street, Gees Court, and Brompton Road stores in London, and King Street, Manchester store. The bags can be collected from any of the above mentioned stores, or delivered free of charge to an address within the UK. Prices range from £750 for a Darwin Leather bag, to £2500 for an Ostrich Leather bag
